It seems that Forms' PL/SQL engine doesn't support bulk collect.

What you might try to do is to create a stored procedure which will do that job, and call the procedure from your form.

But if we write BULK COLLECT Statement in procedure body in form 10g..its not work...
that means ...we can use this statement only at backend...
