I stumbled across a small problem. I currently have a form that allows user to add records and query. One of the options when adding a record is that if a house has a conservatory the user would check the checkbox for the conservatory. However, when querying if the user wants to search only for houses with conservatorys they would check the tickbox to say that they only want to find houses with one. However this then displays a message stating FRM-41009: function key not allowed. Press ctrl K for list of values. when i click on the checbox to narrow the search down.

Is there any way round this?

P.S. Query is allowed on the checbox, the xheckbox is a database item, there is no code behind the checkboxes
Thanks.

Should work - have you got a WHEN-CHECKBOX-CHANGED trigger at block or form level?
If you change it to a text-item does it work?
