hi all...

i have a form and i have just one field on it...
and it's item_type is "List Item" and list style is "Poplist"...

my requirement is , when i press tab then i want that my cursor move in next row.
is this posible...

TAB is "next item", so I guess that KEY-NEXT-ITEM trigger should contain

next_record;

If it's the only item then setting the blocks Navigation Style property to Change Record should do the trick.

its worked....

i have another problem faced...

i want to check duplicate record in this list_Item...

i write code for check duplicate in WHEN-LIST-CHANGED but when i select from listitem and WLC trigger fire and forms closed.. without any error...

and after search from net and site... orafaq.com
i write check duplicate record code in WHEN-VALIDATE-ITEM trigger..
but itsss. raised the error... you can not use in go_record and go_block in W-V-I trigger..

sir now what you can suggest.. for this metter....
