i got this question in my interview, can you give me the answer for this question.

which has the highest priority at run time?
1.visual attribute
2.property palette
3.has equal priority

How can you decide the priority during run time..?
Is that possible to edit the properties or visual attributes during run time..?? I don't think so..

Yes.We can change any Item Properties & Visual attributes at run time.
