About 6 months ago, I installed the Oracle database 19C and have been using it with no problems.
I created several tables in the database with no problems.
This morning, when I went Sqlplus, I got the ORA-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error.
I did not change anything from last night till this morning.
See attached for the errors and files.

Most likely this means your Oracle service (OracleServiveORCL) is not started or your ORACLE_SID environment parameter is not correctly set (must be ORCL).

I had to start the OracleServiveORCL.
My system is back up and running.
Thanks for the quick response and the help.
